Physie, short for Physical Culture, is a uniquely Australian sport that blends dance, fitness and flexibility training. Students learn age specific routines set to upbeat music, designed to improve strength, coordination, posture and confidence. It combines elements of jazz, ballet, contemporary dance and aerobic movement in a fun and supportive environment.
We offer classes for preschoolers, juniors, seniors and ladies, withclasses suitable for all ages and experience levels. Whether you are three or seventy three, we have a class that supports your growth, confidence and enjoyment.
We run classes across two convenient Brisbane northside locations:

• Fitzgibbon
Both locations offer easy parking, clean facilities and welcoming class spaces.

Dancers can take part in:
These events bring together clubs from across Australia and give dancers wonderful performance experiences.
For weekly lessons, students wear comfortable, form fitting activewear that allows movement. Performance wear and BJP leotards are required for competitions, and our teachers will guide you through all options, fit and style.
Most dancers attend once or twice a week depending on age and goals. If your dancer aims for state or national level results, regular weekly attendance along with regular practice at home are recommended.
Throughout the year, Private Lessons will become available to competition dancers.
